The Mitutoyo small-sized micrometer head delivers precise stage adjustments and measurements up to 0.5”. Its precision lapped, carbide-tipped spindle is exceptionally flat, accurate and durable. The thimble is hard-chrome plated with laser-etched scales for easy-to-read measurements.

- Smaller size mic head has a 15mm thimble diameter
- Mounting stem diameter is 9.5mm / .375”
- Spindle range is 15mm / .5”
- Spindle diameter is 6.35mm / .25”

- Reverse reading is available on some models
- Spindle faces have lapped surfaces and constructed of ultra-hard SKS3 steel. Available in spherical or flat types
