The newly redesigned HH-V400 is an intuitive, rebound-type Leeb hardness tester engineered for quick and reliable hardness measurements across a wide range of metallic workpieces. Its compact, lightweight body and high operability make it ideal for portable, on-site testing without compromising accuracy or ease of use.
Features & Benefits
The HH-V400 rebound type portable tester is a testing device for testing the hardness of metals, consisting of a detector & display unit. This hardness tester calls for users to load their impact hammer and hit a button that will spring eject a steel ball at the surface of their workpiece. The detector unit will then monitor the rebound velocity of the steel ball after it hits the test material calculating a HL hardness value which can be converted to many other hardness scales (HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HS, VHS, MPA).
New & Improved Features:
- LCD Display & Redesigned Interface
- Rechargeable Battery (Continuous operation for up to 8 hours)
- Ability to save up to 1800 test results & store up to 100 sample groups
- Easily set offsets & tolerances
- Intuitive statistical analysis across sample groups
- All test results are automatically date & timestamped
