The Mitutoyo high-performance ABS Digimatic ID-C indicators deliver advanced bidirectional PC communication and precise resolution switching for smooth inspection workflows. Measurements are displayed on an enhanced, high-readability screen featuring a smooth analog tracking bar.

- Bidirectional Serial Communication (Digimatic S1): The unit supports advanced bidirectional serial communication. When connected to a PC via USB-ITPAK V3.0 software, you can perform batch zero-setting, control power ON/OFF, and configure or copy gauge settings remotely.
- High-Resolution Models: The lineup includes models offering a high resolution of 0.0005 mm / 0.00002 in, featuring resolution-switching capabilities.
- Excellent Readability: Features a large screen display with character sizes enlarged about 1.5 times compared to previous models. It also includes an analog bar scale convenient for observing subtle movements and tolerance approaches.
- Calibration Schedule Warning: Helps avoid missing pending calibrations by allowing operators to set a reminder date. A notification icon blinks before the due date, and the entire screen blinks if the calibration date is exceeded.
- Three Large Customizable Buttons: Improves ease of use by allowing operators to freely assign frequently used functions to three large buttons on the face of the indicator.
- Simple Calculation Function: Displays the result of the spindle movement value multiplied by a user-selected calculation coefficient in real time, which reduces manual work when measuring with a jig.
- Absolute (ABS) Linear Encoder: Employs an electrostatic capacitance type absolute linear encoder that ensures there is no response speed limit during measurement operations.
- Flexible Display Rotation: The display housing can rotate 330 degrees, allowing for easy reading from multiple mounting angles.
- Comprehensive Parameter Settings: Supports counting direction switching, tolerance judgment function setting, function lock, data hold/output, and switching between ABS (presetting) and INC (zero-setting) modes.
- Long Battery Life & Industrial Protection: Delivers approximately 2.5 years of battery life under normal use from a single CR2032 lithium battery, with a body protection rating equivalent to IP-42 dust and water resistance.
